You may request a refund at any time, however, we cannot guarantee that your request will be approved. Our Pro and Premium plans (when billed Monthly) come with a risk-free 7-day trial. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may cancel your premium plan at any point during this timeframe and you will not be charged.

As of the 8th day, you will be charged via the credit card on file. If we are unable to secure payment your account will be downgraded to our Forever Free plan and you will lose access to any premium services you may have already begun utilizing.

Late or Missing Refunds

Refund requests may take up to 2 business days to process on our end. Please allow this time to pass before contacting us regarding your refund. After we have finished processing your refund request you will receive an email from “orders@flexilink.net” informing you of the disposition of your request.

After this time has been completed and your request has been approved, your individual bank/credit card processor may take an additional 3-5 business to complete the refund process on their end. If you have been informed that we’ve completed processing your refund, then please contact your bank/credit card processor for any outstanding questions or concerns regarding the processing of your refund.
